Vibro-acoustic Pad

The situation:

A startup based in the San Francisco Bay area was to create a vibro-acoustic floor pad for enhanced sound-bath experiences, They had made various prototypes but were finding it hard to get to their desired weight and cost targets. They had received excellent customer feedback and even had a backlog of customer orders.

Our Services:

Our fractional CTO redesigned the physical elements of the enclosure to make it stronger and lighter They then designed a brand new electronics package which was 75% cheaper than the OEM modules being used in the previous prototypes and had all of the desired functionality the startup had innovated. The design is now ready for manufacture a a significantly lower cost than the previous designs.
